UAC says plans to produce 70 Tu-214 jets until 2030

MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) plans to produce about 70 Tu-214 aircraft until 2030, parent holding Rostec said in a statement on Friday.

"UAC plans to produce about 70 Tu-2014 jets until 2030," the holding said, adding that the aircraft will be equipped with the PS-90 locally-made engines, have a capacity of 210 passengers and flight range of up to 6,500 kilometers.

The aircraft are already produced in Kazan in small series.
